Caravan, holiday home, or park home insurance for your customers

As the park owner, you’re in a position to help your customers choose the cover they require, and also earn commission. We offer two options by which parks can benefit from promoting Compass Insurance to their customers, each requiring differing levels of involvement.

By helping your private owners have adequate insurance for their static caravan, leisure lodge, chalet or park home, you improve the overall protection for your park, as well as adding value to the service you provide. You also earn commission on every Compass policy sold through you to a private owner on your park.

Our two options

Compass park - administered Scheme - Your scheme, your way

  • Park sells and administers all insurance, and documentation is issued direct to customers
  • Park may be fully involved at the point of sale and during the claims process for emergency works
  • Park may receive commissions for working with Compass.

The Compass Insurance Scheme provides parks with the option to offer insurance directly to customers to cover their static caravan, leisure lodge, chalet or park home

This scheme gives the park owner full control, as it is you who administers all the insurance, and issues documentation, following training from Compass. You can be involved at the point of sale and during the claims process for emergency works, and you have the flexibility to agree your own commission levels with us on those insurance policies sold to private owners on your park.

Compass Insurance, administered by us - We’re here to help

  • Park is authorised to promote insurance direct to customers
  • Compass processes all paperwork direct to park customers removing the administration function from the park
  • Park remains fully involved in the claims process for emergency works.

You have a role in promoting the scheme but we do all the administration and customer contact. This is ideal for park owners who don’t want to, or are not set up to handle all the administration themselves.
