The Compass 24/7/365 Major Incident Hotline sets the benchmark for crisis response. If a major incident occurs on your park, our trained experts will be on-site the same day (where it is safe and possible to do so), and will commence salvage and remedial work as quickly as possible. This facility is available to all of our customers and the objective of the Plan is to return parks (and Compass-insured holiday home owners as applicable) back up and running within the shortest possible time.
